Access and Accommodation Services

Hate Crimes/ Bias Related Incidents

Repeating Courses

学生可以重修已获得a -或更低学分的课程. If a higher grade is earned upon repeating a course, 只计算两个等级中较高者，以确定累积平均绩点(GPA)。, although both grades will be recorded on transcripts. 学生不得重修他或她已经获得“A”级的课程.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal from a Course

学生可以在整学期课程的第九周之前正式退课，也可以在暑期课程或特殊课程的9/16课程结束之前退课. Withdrawal deadlines are published each semester. 为了正式退出，学生可以在线退出(通过) myGCC) or by submitting a registration change form to the Records Office. It is the student’s responsibility to properly withdraw. Withdrawal grades will be assigned as follows:

1. 记录处在人口普查日期(即人口普查日期)前收到的正式提款.e. 课程第三周结束时，该课程将从学生的记录中删除，并且不会记录成绩
2. 在人口普查日期之后和第九周(每学期公布的具体日期)结束之前，记录办公室收到的正式退学将导致“W”等级。

Withdrawal from the College

发现有必要在学期结束前退学的学生必须遵循既定的退学程序. Withdrawals may be completed online (through myGCC) or in person in the Records Office. 退款是按比例发放的，如果没有学生提前通知，退款是不会发放的. 如果学生考虑退学，应立即与商务办公室联系.
